The intelligent vacuum pump series is integrated with Twintech an innovation of COVAL. Twintech is an ‘All in one’ concept which for the first time integrates all the components necessary at the heart of the venture. The new LEM series Twin Tech vacuum modules of COVAL- offers integrated functions (Electro valves, pressure regulator, and vacuum switch) & connection is simplified by M8 connector. It generates vacuum twice faster than the traditional multi stage technology, saves more than 50% of compressed air and reduces upto 30 dBA of sound level. An integrated pressure regulation system at the heart of the pump optimizes the energy consumption to 4 bars while allowing the pump to offer optimal performances improving the overall efficiency of production system. The other features include the modularity, auto diagnostic function, light weight & compact size. - Simple energy-saving vacuum pumps GEMP

- The GEMP series vacuum pumps are the simplest in the energy-saving range. They can regulate the supply pressure automatically to an optimum pressure of 4 bar thanks to an integrated pressure regulator whatever the pressure in the compressed air network, and this without penalizing other applications which require more than 4 bar. GEMP pumps therefore reduce both energy consumption and the noise level.

- GVMAX V2 series

- With GVMAXSP345 V2 and GVMAX SP345 V2R, COVAL offers two types of solutions based on a standard GVMAX electric vacuum pump. The GVMAXSP345V2 type vacuum pump is fitted with the non-adjustable PSA 100BU vacuum switch (factory set) and GVMAXSP345V2R regulated vacuum pump fitted with the PSA 100B adjustable vacuum switch.
- GVMAX V3 series

- The GVMAXSP345V3 series vacuum pumps include Coval's Twintech™ technology (1), a combination of two innovative technologies: IPR (intelligent pressure regulation) and IVC (integrated vacuum control). GVMAX series pumps provide an "all-in-one" solution integrating all the required functions, such as pressure regulators, controls, valves, vacuum regulation, powerful integrated blowoff, Object presence detection by vacuum switch and silencer in a single compact, light-weight module.
The M12 connections dramatically simplify installation and use. They are available in two versions:

- GVE Series

- The GVE series pneumatic vacuum pump is used to regulate the vacuum in a tank, a vacuum circuit, a suction pad and especially to significantly reduce consumption of compressed air. The advantages of this pump are its compatibility with a pneumatic
control and its suitability for installation in high-risk environments (vacuum pump for explosive environments). Stopping the vacuum pump does not cause the circuit under vacuum to return to atmospheric pressure. Outside action is necessary (1/4 turn valve, solenoid valve, etc.). This vacuum pump is ideal for holding air-tight objects and regulating the vacuum in a tank. Note: Tank volume must not exceed 10 liters. For larger volumes, please consult us.
